Adults and children 12 and older only. There is a limit of two guests per room. No children under the age of 12 are allowed.
Deposits & Payments – At the time of booking, the first night’s rate will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.

Check-in/Check-out: Guests are welcome to check in after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are required to check out no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Note: A later checkout will result in the charging to one day’s accommodation rate per room booked.
No show or Early Departure: If you fail to check-in by 9:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation and have not contacted us, the booking will be charged to a non-show. The room will be offered for immediate re-booking at that time.
Smoking/Vaping/Medical Cannabis: The Holland Farmhouse Inn B&B is a smoking free environment. Smoking is permitted outside the inn and on the grounds. Please be considerate of other guests by refraining, or by moving to another area. Your cooperation is appreciated. There is a $300 cleaning fee for violation of smoking inside rooms.
Pets: We cannot accommodate guests’ pets. Sorry. ADA qualified service dogs are allowed as required by law. Documentation for service dogs is required in advance. There will be a $75 cleaning fee and $200 deposit required for service dogs.
Note: The B&B is for registered guests only. This policy is a courtesy to other guests, and to the innkeepers. Visitors are welcome in the common area and on the porch.
Cancellation policy: Full reimbursement if reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to the day of your reservation. A separate insurance policy is offered on our website for travel protection.
